Week of St. Patty's Day & a Giveaway

Okay, I've got to be honest here - I'm actually not all that into St. Patrick's Day. Being Scottish, I'm supposed to wear ORANGE instead of green on March 17th. But since so many of you liked Al's necklace last week and since it's green,

I decided to make another one for one of you. A little St. Patty's gift if you will.
{I forgot to add the knots on either side but can easily add them if the winner wants them!}

So here's the deal. This giveaway will be open until Saturday, March 19 (the end of St. Patrick's Day week). To enter, leave a comment letting us know your favorite thing that's green! For a second entry, follow our blog via Google Friend Connect, and leave us a comment letting us know that you do. That's it. Winner will be announced Sunday, March 20.

    Great job! I always tell myself I really should try making this type flower with my fabric scraps, but... I never take the time!
    Now, my favorite green thing is... a beautiful patch of lawn: I just can't resist kneeling on it, feeling it, smelling it, as it is to soothing and such a good reminder to enjoy beauty in nature.

    My favorite green thing... I also really love grass... Especially right now when it seems like everything is brown, I definitely yearn for the gorgeous, supple green grass to lay on while my kids play outside!
    But, I think my FAVORITE green thing is that lime jello/cottage cheese/ pineapple/ whipped creamy goodness that always seems to show up at thanksgiving, but no other time of year... you know what I'm talking about? Ooohh it's so good... yep, that's definitely my favorite green thing!

    Green is one of my most favourite colors (Being the nature's child I have loads of clothes in green)I love everything green from tree leaves to peridot (most rooms of my house are painted green) Lovely finding this green rose necklace
